Just installed in a 2006 4Runner. Canโ€™t speak to exact filter partials or longevity, but what I canโ€™t say is that it fits very well and looks to be made very well. It actually fits better than the Bosh filters I normally use. Has a nice foam seal around all 4 edges and fits in the tray perfectly. Seem to be a nice option. So if you have a 03-09 4Runner itโ€™s going to work well. Hereโ€™s some pictures of this filter (the blue one) next to a Bosh filter I removed. Also a picture with it in the factory tray.
